Did not receive an activation email?

Did you register with us, but not receive your activation email?

You might want to check your SPAM and Junk mail filters, make sure your email service (yahoo, msn, etc) did not mark the message from us as SPAM.

Scroll down to your Email Provider for specific instructions on checking your Junk Mail/SPAM settings.

MSN Hotmail

Log into your MSN Hotmail Account

1. Click Options.
2. Click Mail, click Junk E-Mail Protection, and then click Junk E-Mail Filter.
   If you have selected an Exclusive level, some of your messages may have been sent to your Junk E-Mail folder.
3. Click the Mail tab.
4. To show your folders, click the show folders icon in the upper-left corner. Open the Junk E-Mail folder, and look for messages from your contacts.
5. Select the messages you want delivered to your Inbox, and click Not Junk.

Yahoo! Mail

Yahoo! Mail Beta - right click on the email in the Junk Mail folder and select "This is Not Spam"

Yahoo! Mail Original - cick the checkbox next to the email in the Bulk Mail folder and Move it to your Inbox

AOL Mail

To control who can send you e-mail:

1. In the AOL Mail or AIM Mail window, click the Settings button.
2. Click the Spam Controls link.
3. Click the Control From Whom I Get Email button.
4. Choose one of the options by clicking it. You have the following six options available:
   * Allow mail from all senders: Anyone can send you e-mail.
   * Allow mail only from users of this email service: Only AIM members and AOL members can send you e-mail.
   * Allow mail only from people I know: Only people listed in your AIM® Buddy List® or AIM® Mail Address Book can send you e-mail.
   * Allow mail only from senders on my Custom Sender List: Only the e-mail addresses and domains listed in your Custom Sender List can send you e-mail.
   * Block mail from all senders on my Custom Sender List: All e-mail received from the list of e-mail addresses and domains in your Custom Sender List will be blocked.
   * Block mail from all senders: All e-mail will be blocked.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click the Blocked mail should be: drop-down menu to open it, choose an action from the list, then click it.
7. Click the Save button.
8. Click the OK button.

Gmail

Make sure you've added your friends' email addresses to your Contacts list. Gmail always delivers messages from your contacts.
